To access the full range of beajee services — including placing wagers, making deposits, and claiming promotional offers — you must first create a registered account on the Platform. Registration is free of charge. By submitting a registration application, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain a beajee account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. beajee is strictly an 18+ platform. Registering or attempting to register as a minor is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable Bangladeshi law.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting activities are not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of beajee, nor are you an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had a beajee account suspended, terminated, or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement with beajee or any related platform.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

beajee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents at any point after registration, and in all cases before your first withdrawal is processed:

• A valid government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate confirming your full legal name and date of birth.
• Proof of your registered mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay payment account.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other document confirming your residential address in Bangladesh.
• Source of funds documentation if your deposit activity exceeds certain thresholds at beajee's discretion.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in the temporary or permanent restriction of your account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges. beajee reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each natural person is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered beajee account. If beajee discovers that a player holds multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity details, mobile numbers, payment methods, IP addresses, or device identifiers — beajee reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts immediately, void any wagers placed from those accounts, and forfeit any balances associated with them, without liability to the player.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your beajee account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. beajee will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify beajee support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

beajee offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket fixtures, Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and T20 World Cup tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this Section, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonus offers are available to players who have completed registration and are aged 18 or above.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• The standard minimum wagering requirement applicable to beajee bonuses will be communicated in the specific promotional terms for each offer. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer terms.
• Only wagers placed using real-money balance count towards meeting bonus wagering requirements, unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
• Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirement completion. Contribution percentages will be stated in the specific offer terms.
• beajee reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers unfairly.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any one time, unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

4.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified beajee account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The specific bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount in BDT, minimum qualifying deposit amount, and wagering requirements applicable to the welcome bonus will be set out in the welcome offer terms published on the Platform at the time of the player's registration. beajee reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Abuse & Fraudulent Bonus Claims

Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers through the creation of multiple accounts, use of false identity information, collusion with other players, or any other fraudulent means will have their account immediately suspended, all bonus funds and associated winnings voided, and any remaining real-money balance reviewed prior to release. beajee's determination in such matters is final.

As a registered player on the beajee Platform, you agree to use the Platform lawfully, honestly, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one account or registering using false, incomplete, or misleading identity information.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of, or in association with, any person who is under 18 years of age.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, crawler, or AI-assisted tool to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or gain any unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of these Terms.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or for the processing of funds derived from unlawful sources.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure, code, or security systems.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, offensive, or harassing toward beajee staff or other users of the Platform.
• Providing payment details that do not belong to you or that you are not authorised to use.

6.2 Compliance with Applicable Law

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the beajee Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and obligations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. beajee does not represent or warrant that accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. If you are uncertain about the legality of online gambling in your location, you should seek independent legal advice before accessing the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, beajee, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, game providers, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Technical malfunctions, system outages, or interruptions to the availability of the Platform.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional descriptions.

The beajee Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. beajee does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8.1 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless beajee and its affiliated parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform in breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
